A fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga, and strength training. In this class we are going to activate the whole body with super dynamic movements.
SCULPT
Work your full-body with an interval training that combines disciplines such as physical conditioning, functional exercises, and weight training, 45-minutes of high intensity in which you will work different muscles in a dynamic and challenging way throughout the week.
PILATES FLOW
A Yoga Sculpt style class. EVERYTHING is combined in one class: Yoga + Pilates + Cardio + strength training, you will notice the vibe of a high intensity class with the fluidity of a Vinyasa Yoga class.
To intensify all movements, leggings and light dumbbells are used throughout the class.
